i have this cute top that has cotton candy colors but i want to have red lips. does red lipstick look bad when u have a bright shirt?Would it clash if i wore red lipstick while wearing a pink and blue top?

try a red lip gloss. It will add color and shine, but not too much color to clash with your shirt.
matte reds would look bad. but if you have glossy shiny, strawberry red, that could look nice!
I think it would be a nice contrast. It's seems a bit rebellious but it works, go for it!
