I don't like reds on blonds I feel like it makes them look like a clown. But it depends on the color blond you have. I would go with a dusty pink with a clear lip gloss. Or if you are wanting more color do a light red lip liner with a dusty pink or tan lip gloss to make it shine and keep it from being to red. Lip liners work great as lipstick because they stay on longer. Just make sure to use a lip gloss or chap stick over it.
The best kind of red lipstick for blondes is deep red. It brings out our complection (I am blonde). I noticed how bright red or pink makes us look pale. unless that is the look you're going for, I'd stick with deep red. Hope this helps!
