Is it acceptable to wear red lipstick in the day time?

I'm going out tomorrow, and I want to wear red lipstick. I don't wear make-up often, and it's always seemed to me that you should only wear red lipstick in the evening...





So is it okay to wear it in the day time? I don't want to look weird...

theres nothing wrong with it, but normally you leave bolder colours for night time. if you don't usually wear make up, rather try a sheer red lipgloss. once you get more confident, use your red lipstick in the day, and make sure the rest of your make up is natural x xIs it acceptable to wear red lipstick in the day time?
Yep I agree with the other girls, if you wear your red lipstick during the day, then keep the rest of your make up really simple. Be careful not to go overboard with really bright or really dark eyeshadows, infact, I'd avoid eyeshadow altogether, just use some eyeliner and mascara, and a natural colour on your cheekbones... nothing too bright or bold... xx
