no, red lipstick can only look good on pale ppl, if ur too tanned it doesnt look right. think about scarlett johanson, she look stunning when shes got red lips and pale skin. errr..not sur whether it should be worn casually, depends how casual u mean..

Well it depends, the color has to match your skin tone and your outfit at the same time.
first it matter it matters what you are wearing. dont wear red lipstick with everything. only with black and white things and stuff. a red lip make it look good and if you go tooo bold on casual day then its definetely not good.

Red lipstick is hot and in style right now. It's on the runways, fashion magizines, etc. Tyra Banks, Cameron Diaz, and Scarlette Johansen pull it off very well...I'm going to definitely try it, but one needs to take extreme caution when doing so. It can either be a complete success or a complete hot mess; there is no middle ground. From what I have seen, it looks best on individuals with fairly plumb lips. I would use bright red on special occasions but itmight work depanding on your oulfit. try it at night and if you think it takes away beauty from your face or looks to out there take it off and dont wear it.

No. I think red lipstick is tacky, trashy, and shows that you crave attention. Use an off red. I think lipstick is supposed to be used for dressier occations not for casual wear, but whatever floats your boat.
