i've tried both of them and they have great color pay off to be lip balms, they look pretty natural, especially the nivea one, looks like you have naturally red lips because it was not sparkles... the covergirl one is a way better moisturizer though
It's a staple beauty look for me. I'll wear it with tinted moisturizer, mascara, and sometimes blush (no eyeshadow, no eyeliner, or else it will overpower the face and look too made-up). I started wearing red lipstick on a regular basis around 19 or 20. I think it looks too grown-up on anyone younger than 17 (looks like the girl is playing dress up).
Just go light with every thing else (no eyeshadow...just mascara and MAYBE a very thin line of black eyeliner on the top lid) and make sure the red is good for your skin tone...there are cool reds (blue base) or warm reds (orange base). If you do decide to do it, use a lip liner first and line the lips and fill them in (staying power) and don't use gloss as it is messy and cheapens the look..stay matte (think Gwen Stefani)...it's a beautiful, elegant look on any age that is appropriate for make-up (no younger than 16)...though I think it's a bit much for everyday for the high school crowd.

I love red shades of lipstick, but due to my bite [crossbite], my lips are awkward~ish and I can't wear it. :(





I think when you're at least 18, you can wear it daily. I'm 16 and if I could wear red lipstick, I'd only wear it for special events. Lipstick of any color tends to age teens really fast, or it makes them look like a 12 year old. D:
it depends on the person if it look good or not.


personally i go with nude lips because any red lipgloss or lipstick will make myself look tacky. (probably because i like to put on dark eyeliner)





i think older people are suited for that kind of makeup, ill stick wth gloss.
well to wear dark red lipstick u should be like 17 otherwise u look like u try tooo hard and all the old lady on the block will come up and say (awww ur sooo cute i just wanna eat u up) u know wat i meann?... anyway u can wear red lipstick just put a little bit on ur bottom lip and rub it in simple as tht goood luck!!!!:)
he color is amazing, but put red lip liner all over your lips, then the lip stick, and then some gloss to give you and awesome red lip,

for every day, try pinks and neutrals, maybe faint red, not dark!
Red lipstick is sexy. It gives a woman a look of confidence..I don't think young girls should wear it though maybe 16 and older. at least with red lipstick
