If your going for an edgy look yes. Ive seen it on television a lot and it always seems to look good. But if your going for a happy look, steer away from it.

Horrible! Trust me - people who are olive complection can pull this off but people like you and me with procelain white skin should NEVER wear bright red lipstick.

Really, really good. I have black hair and pale skin, and I swear by red lipstick. Keep your eyes tame though. Red is dramatic enough by itself. Unless that's the kind of look you're going for.

you can only pull off the bright red if you have a much darker complexion and dark hair. blonde hair or dark hair, doesnt matter. if you have extremely pale skin you should NOT wear bright red lipstick. absolutely not!! unless you are playing snow white in a theatrical production, or it's halloween.

Well you would defanitly turn heads but I think it looks great, especially with you hair color and skin tone! Try accessorizing with a pair of red flats, or a cute red handbag. But remember to never wear too much red when you have red lipstick on.

If your going to wear bright red, keep in mind your skin tone. I have never seen you, but I would suggest a cherry red, or something close to that with porcilain skin, and also, if your wearing red lipstick with porcilian skin, and jet black hair, only play up your eyes a little, to make your lips pop, you want them to be the center of attention!
