What do you do with the rest of your face with red lipstick?

okay i am wearing some red lipstick which is the PERFECT color on me... and almost no eye makeup... and it looks almost disproportional. i want to keep my lips the focus but i dont want to loose my eyes... do you know what i mean? but i really dont want to do too much with any other feature of my face because it would be way to much. and also what do you do with your cheeks? bronzer (i think it might look weird) or blush (would it conflict with the red)??What do you do with the rest of your face with red lipstick?
hmm definitly go with the bronzer its light and will give your skin a healthy glow. finish with very light blush almost as if you cant see it. the lightness of this will keep your face balanced and your lips will stand out. What do you do with the rest of your face with red lipstick?
just wear what christina aguilera does :]
you can do the rest of your makeup just keep it minimal. maybe a thin line of black eyeliner on the top of your eyes and mascara and a little blush.
just keep it simple. red lipstick looks sophisticated and polished if its done right, but with a lot of other makeup it looks slutty and overdone.

just use a good lotion, and powder. then keep it simple with the eyes--black mascara, one or two layers. maybe a little liner right at the lash line on the top lid. you can use a shiny neutral color on the lid as well, if you want to look a little more made up--like if youre going out.

blush isnt necessary, but you can make it look good. use a stain on the apples of your cheeks, so it looks really natural. make sure its the same tone as the red.

bronzer is really a big no-no. it will really look tacky with red lips and you'll look like porn star.
Youv heard the phrase, lips or eyes , but not both.

If your wearing a bold lip I think its nice to wear dark liner and mascara.

You probably shouldn't wear any mascara on the bottom lashes.

Oh and for evening you could use a light bronzer to contour your cheek bones

Also fake eyelashes are a favorite of mine to make you 'pop'.

put some of that lipstick on ur finger and gently rub onto the apples of ur cheeks. that way, it matches and the colors dont clash. since ur lipstick is red u dont want to put too much.

for the eyes, i would suggest a light gold shadow. layer on some black mascara so the color of ur lashes and shadow contrast to make ur eyes really POP.

from: the girl that hasnt touched make-up since the 1st grade.
Simple rule: Emphasize either eyes OR lips, but NOT both. With red lipstick, bring out the eyebrows with brow shadow, with brow brush, for balance, (brow pencils look harsh); make sure the eyebrows are shaped perfect to proportionately frame your face. Use only one light shade of neutral eyeshadow from lashline all the way to brow bone; any more shades will look hookerish. Depending on your preference, maybe a bit of mascara.
I wear red lipstick sometimes and the trick is to keep the rest of the face neutral and toned down. I understand your question about the eyes because my eyes are my best feature and I know that. Use your concealer, light foundation and powder. Then a light blush (light peachy color works fine), then a quick sweep of the blush on your eyelids (maybe rub a light beige eyeshadow color with your finger to finish it) then a liquid brown eyeliner on the top lashes from end to end and let the tail out a little bit on the outer edge, and some mascara to top and bottom lashes (brown color). Then the bright red lipstick and blot it to make sure it's not caked on.

Then you are done.
You should do a medium brown eyeliner on the bottom and very lightly apply it on the top with a brown mascara. and don't forget to curl your eye lashes but not to much or you will look ridiculous.
Black liquid eyeliner with the little winged tail on the outer edge looks totally cute and retro - straight from the fifties.

I would wear neutral eyeshadows, a black mascara, and a brown eyeliner. Black might be too much and make you look overdone.

You can skip blush and bronzer... The makeup trend for this winter is cherry red lips and fair skin so I'd say you made a great choice as far as makeup goes!
No you're not supposed to wear anything except mascara. Any more and you'll look like a hooker. Nothing on cheeks!
red lipstick is cool u should have ur friends hold down someone u like nd get redipstick all over their face. i tel u 2 do this because someone does dis 2 me
